Who do I contact if I have a warranty issue with my item?
Depending on the item, the warranty may be covered by us, or by the manufacturer directly.
For iRobot Roomba series, please contact iRobot Warranty on
0845 225 1919 The number on your warranty card.

For iHoover, please use the returns contact form to contact our returns dept.

I have applied for a Return but haven't heard anything since?
We aim to respond to Return requests within 48 hours of the application, it is more likely you will get a response sooner. Also, use the returns contact form to contact us about your Return this will get a quicker response than emailing.

My Return Request has been authorised what is the best way to return my item?
This depends on the weight of the item you are returning, please use the following guidelines:

  • Royal Mail Standard Parcel Delivery including compensation (if the item weighs 2kg or more)
  • Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (if the item value is less than £28 and weighs less than 2kg)

PLEASE ONLY USE SPECIAL DELIVERY IF PARCEL WEIGHS LESS THAN 2KG
AS IT WILL COST OVER £18.50!!! WHEREAS STANDARD PARCEL COSTS APPROX £9.

How long will I have to wait for a replacement?
We aim to complete most RMA's within 7-10 days, from receipt of items. The turn around time depends on each specific Return. If an item has to be sent away to the manufacturer for repair/replacement, it may take 6 - 8 weeks depending on the manufacturer's specific turn around timescales, but this situation is unusual.

How long will I have to wait for a refund?
Refunds are applied within 30 days of receipt on our returns system.
