Currently, the four ways to finalise an order are to select either:

  • Google Checkout (Credit Card) or Paypal (Credit Card/Paypal Payment)
  • Cheque payments, made payable to `Impex`, must be received in Pounds Sterling and within 3 days of order placement.
  • Fax your Credit Card details to 0845 280 3122 , fax must be received immediately to complete order.
  • By phone, either order online and select phone order, then call us on 0844 414 5249 simply giving order number and Credit Card details, or call to place the whole order.

Please note:- New "Verified by Visa" and "Mastercard SecureCode" systems have recently been implemented. You maybe asked to enter an extra PIN number, on new Visa card's and Mastercard's, which should have been supplied by your card issuer.
(Without this PIN number the order maybe declined)

Please note:- We no longer accept payment at our front counter and orders cannot be collected from our warehouse.

Payments FAQ:

Is my Credit Card number safe from hackers?
The page in which you enter your credit card details is protected by 128-bit encryption - so no-one can see your card details. It is perfectly safe to enter your details on this page. You should ALWAYS check whether the yellow padlock appears at the bottom right or top righthand side of your browser. If there is no padlock then DO NOT enter your details and report this to us. We do not store or see your credit card details, we just receive card authorisation.

How secure is buying over the web?
If you are a UK resident using a UK issued card for a transaction over £100 you are automatically protected by Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. This means that if a trader fraudulently charges your card for something that you did not order, then the credit card company are equally liable for the debt. In practice putting your card details into a secure web site is much safer than giving them over an unsecured telephone line.

When do you take payment for my order?
A reserve is placed on your card by the bank as soon as you make payment, for the full amount of the order.

What appears on my credit/debit card statement?
When you receive your card statement, all purchases will be shown as "Impex" or "Google* Impexonline" or "Paypal* Impexonline"
