1.0 General
1.1
All goods remain the property of Impex until payment has been received in full.
1.2 All products come with a 12 month warranty, unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer warranty periods longer than this, are to be handled by the manufacturer and must be dealt with by the relevant manufacturer directly.
1.3 You must supply a Non-free Email address (i.e Hotmail, Yahoo) and land line phone number with your order for security reasons, as we need this information sometimes to confirm identity. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not contain valid customer information.
1.4 We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.
1.5 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.
1.6 Impex makes every effort to supply the goods as advertised but reserves the right to supply the goods subject to minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications where these are changed by the manufacturer. Product images are for illustration purposes only.

2.0 Returns
2.1
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 7 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund within 30 days of notification or dispatch new goods as soon as possible, after the faulty goods have been returned. A minimum restocking fee of 15% may be applicable if any goods are returned incomplete or damaged, i.e missing manuals, CD's, damaged/missing retail packaging etc.
2.2 If your goods are not faulty, but you simply do not want them, you have 7 days (Cooling-off period) from the day after receipt of goods to cancel the order and return the goods for a refund. A refund will be provided within 30 days of cancellation. Returning of unwanted goods is the responsibility of the consumer, otherwise collection costs of the unwanted goods will be deducted from the refund. Postage and Packing charges are a separate contract and are deemed as a service that has begun and has been completed before the end of the 7 day cooling-off period and hence will not be refunded. Unwanted goods returned after the 7 day cooling-off period, if accepted, will be liable to a 15% restocking fee, if returned in a resaleable condition only.
2.3 If a returned product is no longer stocked by us and is irrepairable/irreplaceable, you may be offered an alternative / higher specification device at extra cost to you, the purchaser, or of course a full refund.
2.4 A returned item that has been obviously damaged, modified or is incomplete will be returned immediately , incurring a £20 (exc VAT & Postage) charge.
2.5 The onus of proof of safe delivery to Impex shall rest with the purchaser and Impex do not re-imburse return shipping costs. International customers are also liable for outgoing return shipping costs.
2.6 Impex will not accept goods for credit or rectification unless such return has been authorised. An item returned as faulty and found to contain no fault will be subject to a £12.95 (exc VAT & Postage) charge and it will be returned.
2.8 If a credit is offered after 30 days, the credit will be based on the items current market value and the original carriage charge will not be refunded/credited.

3.0 Order Delivery & Cancellation
3.1
All orders should be checked immediately upon receipt. Shortages or damaged items must be reported within 24 hrs of receipt.
3.2 If your goods fail to arrive within 28 days of dispatch, you will have the option of either a full refund or a replacement shipment.
3.3 Where an incorrect address has been given to Impex with an order we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.
3.4 Your credit card will be charged on the day the order is accepted by our online store.
3.5 You have the right to cancel your order at any time before receipt of goods. If you cancel your order before goods have been dispatched, you will be refunded in full. If you cancel your order after goods have been dispatched, you will be refunded less shipping charges as the shipping contract is deemed to have been initialised.

4.0 Privacy

We do collect the information given at the time of your order. This information is not disclosed to any third party and is only collected by Impex for the purpose of processing orders, tracking orders or tracing Warranty/Returns information.
4.2 We do not email customers except in connection with your order, you will receive no newsletters, special offers or other spam, unless requested by subscribing to our newsletter.
4.3 All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998

4.6 We aim to offer a top quality service at the best price possible, to do this we need to reserve the right to change the above policies at any time.
4.7 In deciding whether to accept your order we may use the information you have given to us, or we already hold about you, or which we receive from any enquiry we may make with a third party, to confirm your identity. We will check any details we disclose to them against any data bases (public or private) to which they have access and will keep a record of that check. This assists us to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions.

5.0 V.A.T (Sales Tax)

All prices on our web site are Inclusive of V.A.T

6.0 Pricing
6.1
Whilst we endeavour to ensure the prices on our website are as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.
6.2
If an order is placed for an item with an erroneous price, and the erroneous price is less than the cost price of the item, we reserve the right to offer to process the order at cost price or the the opportunity for the customer to cancel the order.
6.3 Prices on orders for out-of-stock or pre-release items are valid for one week after the order is placed. If the price changes when stock becomes available customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.
6.4 Special Offers. Any orders placed during a Special Offer period are only eligable for the Special Offer pricing and will be charged accordingly. Orders placed prior to Special Offer periods will be ineligible.

7.0 Security

8.0 Complaints

We endeavor to reply to any complaints within a 5 day period.
